Why We Might Be Different

We’re hands-on

All search assignments are conducted by one of our two partners:  Rodney Hall or Allison Williams, with a combined 50+ years of experience in executive search, homebuilding and technology.

Less is more

By design, we strive to deliver a higher level of service to a smaller group of clients.  We value that more than high volume business from a laundry list of companies. In our experience, intimate collaboration and trust drives results.

We’re not perfect

The search business is an imperfect mix of art and science.  Sometimes we nail it quickly, other times it can be a long journey. The one constant is the relationships we make (and keep) over the long haul.  It’s those relationships that are often the key to search success.

Rodney Hall

Rodney Hall has 31 years of experience conducting retained search in the home-building, community development and multifamily industries. He entered the search business with the Talon Group in 1988. Rodney launched his current practice in 2012 to work collaboratively with a select group of leading organizations. He’s a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving six years as a Vice-Chair of the Community Development Council (Gold Flight) and five years as Co-Chair of the Community Development Council (North Texas District). He is currently a member of the Residential Neighborhood Development Council (Blue Flight) and the Housing Innovation Alliance
